In any court proceedings you would be representing yourself. However, behind the scenes you would use our specialist services to advise you.
You don’t need to be involved in court proceedings to use our services. We also guide people who are dealing with disputes away from court.
This way, your money is focused on specialist barristers doing the legal work for you rather than the admin work a solicitor would do.
We can advise you during appointments by video call. We can also prepare statements and applications for you and represent you at court hearings.
Most of what we do is done remotely. This means geography is not a barrier to us or to the people we help. Modern technology is vital for what we do. It has been especially handy during the Coronavirus pandemic, as we have been able to work as normal.
